  Nope, I don't believe it. But even if that's their intention, there's every reason to think that it will accomplish the exact opposite of that.

  Also, I don't believe that for a second. We were all broadly suspicious of the federal government before Trump. Trump and his lieutenants have done nothing to inspire confidence in them, or their choice of technology.
