    Built this over one weekend after WHO declared the Ebola PHEIC. Pulls from WHO Disease Outbreak News, CDC outbreak history, and ECDC risk assessments. Reconciles conflicting case counts across sources, calculates CFR with Wilson confidence intervals, and updates automatically every Monday via GitHub Actions. 85% test coverage.
